A joyous musical mission to benefit Soles4Souls -
because no child should be without shoes!
If You Could Dance in My Shoes tells the story of Penny, a homeless girl who unexpectedly finds joy when a friend helps her decorate her shabby shoes and inspires others to do the same, leading to a community project and plans for a neighborhood dance. However, the plans are jeopardized when their artsy high tops are stolen by another student to sell at his father’s shoe store, causing Penny’s more privileged classmates to experience what it means to "walk in anothers' shoes.”
From Terry Taylor, editor of Growing in Grace: ...."it is a winner!"
Creative plans for shoe collection activities which benefit the mission of Soles4Souls are included with the musical, as are discussion topics and devotions for those who want to go deeper.
